Communications Support Services is an organization comprised of individuals who are volunteers that provide auxiliary and emergency communications in times of need.

Members of this organization live and work in many areas of Southern California, and are also involved in many other clubs and associations. Most often using amateur radio, they have helped to provide communications for various emergency service providers, including Redlands Fire Department, Red Cross, Salvation Army Team Emergency Radio Network, San Bernardino County Fire Department, and San Bernardino County Sheriff, to name just a few.
The main non-emergency focus of Communications Support Services is the annual Challenge Cup Relay Baker to Vegas race. Our purpose is to support the running teams of various law enforcement agencies in this competition by providing communications, including that of a health and welfare nature.
